I am a believer, mother, and daily coffee drinker. :) I have over 5 years of real estate experience. South Florida is changing and I have seen the impact of cash buyers and people migrating to sunny South Florida. Natives shouldn't have to be displaced to live decently.



Prior to real estate, I worked in the healthcare and finance field. I have come to realize- it’s all connected. So don’t buy a condo on the third floor with no elevator. 👀
